Seventeen-year-old Andy had just lost everything, his parents, his friends, his home. He was living under a pier by the ocean when an old man called to him, "Son, step into the light." This man's name was Jones. Not Mr. Jones, just Jones. As it turns out, he knows almost everything there is to know about Andy, who is sure he has never met him in his life. Jones carries a briefcase and calls himself a "Noticer." Throughout the book, he gives helps Andy, and a number of other people, find a new perspective for life. This book was really an eye-opener for me and I would give this book to anyone in need of a new outlook on life.
I picked up the book because a teacher recommended it to me.
I finished the book because I wanted to find out who Jones really was.
I would give this book to anyone looking for a new perspective on life.
